Six shows and some new work. Details on request The new work in the new home is a fact - in spite of surprises of all sorts and destruction of the old website and finally the old iMac. Some compensations have been paid - more to come. But the show must go on and participation in the shows and in my own new work at my homeoffice studio on the historic Porter Brook thrives, with offers of in-town studio as well.

New homeoffice and studio in new Town - in East Hartford at the Glastonbury town line in Connecticut, USA - Just a few shows and mostly adjusting to UNdisabled status, and doing up new ID and insurances and house and studio supplies. Rent options are so bad for recently-disabled, that I bunked in at my wonderful "Mill on the Hill" studio for a bit and three other temp arrangements. Private fine art commissions from new neighbors at Grove Court Bunglows in Vernon, local community and gave paid and charitable arts helps, Redcross volunteer work, and lots of therapies for my injuries - but no more ground zero response tasks. Donating my artwork for benefit to Red Cross and other worthies. The town was enjoying a Renaissance and I did several art projects for them and one for NINELEVEN Memorial. I worked for the local JoAnn Fabrics teaching craft painting and meeting nice people, and lived at my studio and temp housing till I found the Half-house on the Porter Brook where I live now.
1997- 2002 were disabled years and yet these works were done: Founding of ElleFagan.com - learned code - it’s addictive and often profitable. At Elm Hill , I also did Snow Sculpture and crafts and Website-making basics study at Elm Hill Manor Home for Ambulatory Disabled. I participated in at least a dozen shows and test-marketed an Auction format for my work. A one women show at the local bank. Neighborhood Artsale at Condo community for post-Elm Hill time - including unsought-adventure
1997- 2000. Tolland County Arts Events kept me happily engaged with art shows, new work and workshops and fine new friends when an accident injured and finally disabled me in 1996. I was helped to arrange a new life and discovered code! Just when i thought things were done for me, the internet introduced me to a new world in cyberspace and it worked.- new arts upgrades and opportunities and local gallery representation and acceptance to a show at the White House Visitors’ Center - the building one visits en route to the Official Tours of.the White House itself. Good news about the disability issues allowed me to open up my work a bit more.

Adventure Girl Arts, responding to various recession-caused needs, paid and volunteer. When the recession struck my children’d money, I rescued them with my own estate money and went jogging back to work to make new money. Both are fine and thriving..
1984 - 1986 HOME in Connecticut - my Tara did a miracle. Never fail to engender love of home in yourself and loved ones. Newly returned, at first there was NO ART - just antique and personal sales to gather cash for new life to come. My late husband and I moved away from our Connecticut roots for the work with Wellcome. Wellcome sold it for the Human Genome project cash, and I became ill with the way all the elements in my life disappeared “alla prima’. Home in Connecticut there were old friends and family to help our children, should my health fail completely. Then the little miracle - like finding Tara was still there after the war. My feelings sprang to life and I was ok to deal with all the complications from our tragedy.
1981-1984 Fate brought not much art - Death, illness, traumatized children - and then the recession delivered the knockout punch and we were patients, working part time as possible and losing money, but gaining in character and love for the memory of their most worthy Father gone suddenly and too soon..
1970 - 1984 Wellcome North Carolina RTP Raleigh /Greenville - “Southern Boom town, College and science and focus on children and family life. A New World Symphony - More study and work and steady pioneer projects for children and arts and crafts ARTS LIFE ACTUALIZED HOME LIFE ACTUALIZED IN PERFECT SYNC nobody gets that , but we
1966 - 1970 Coming of Age - Connecticut work, college again and more Studies, Wedding, War Service , Red Cross, First Born, Viet Nam, Second Born, Husband’s work with The Wellcome Ltd people, New York and North

1947 - 1952 Glowing beginnings "Done by Ellen" in toddler scrawl on family library books.
