a. Company’s mission statement -
Elle Fagan Art is an honored, long-standing small fine arts business, working offline lifelong and online for 18 years this February.
I make original art, reproductions / prints and the full range of imprinted items.
I teach,
do restoration
do some research
I do my own shows and show with groups in shows small and large and superlarge. See my website events for a partial list and referral to the more complete report
I am widowed and empty-nested long ago and a happy active senior selling lifelong honored art to supplement my benefits and create a quality life.
I am here because I was In hiatus to make changes and the cash offered here would be a fine restart help.
Elle Fagan Art has been in happy restart for a year now, with full services offered again. Needs the cash to grow.
ElleFagan.com was born in 2002 and so will be 18 in February and is a core power of my business.

My work has been to the White House , churches, schools and civic projects.
Good minds use my work and I donate my art to select fundraising projects.
The saying Art is Life is Art is Life is Art is true and I have been able to apply my arts to all the varying scenarios in my life, so far
As a working senior, I feel the duty to be sure my work reflects not only quality artwork but an example of talent, integrity and skill and reliability.
Artsite Wordsite, Spiritsite , Patriotsite and Store were the names of my first directories and variants have evolved to the current site.
c. 2018/2019 Revenue -
almost nothing - in hiatus and setting up.
Earnings of a few dollars a month = Petty cash and nothing to report in my quarterly returns yet.
Just getting going and in all the shows and generating first sales, since the hiatus.
Am in meetings and art sales developments include the following listed marketing strategy, following in section d.
d. Marketing Strategy -
I begin with sale of original works in local shows offline with and at the website site
startup promos and works to sell are shared to generate interest
when the original works regain a bit of momentum
I begin to promote also the reproductions online. When those receive a gentle following , my work feels in stride and
I get pro-active about classes.
I promote my award-winning restorations carefully, since each piece is unique and I may or may not be the one to restore it.
My stories and other writings are gaining a following and I will publish later this year as well, depending on the power of my schedule.
e. Scale/Distribution Strategy -
My fine arts business does not really mass-produce, but
Normally does a nice manageable stream
the purpose of my application here to get the help to make sure that it makes the nice money it should - around 48K within the next few years.
Distribution of fine art is easy - I ship my own originals with local paid help. I include taxes and shipping in my price in Continental USA
Fine art Guarantees are classic and easy and I have never had an issue.
My sub-contractor Fine Art America, produces and ships and handles returns and guarantees.
f. Detailed plan for $30K prize money
With the money in hand I can:
do the quality portfolio with the quality photography and framing and win the gallery shows and venues i seek.
though I will spend some money on media - it’s a very skilled area and one cannot just ADvertise. Not effective.
Half the money will go for actual purchases of work and show space , supplies and equipment.
One quarter of the money for ads and promotions that will WORK.
And One quarter for social and savings and investment.
